Payroll Compliance Staff Auditor

We are currently seeking a payroll compliance staff auditor to join our firm. This position would audit signatory employers of various multi-employer benefit funds to verify that they are in compliance with their contractual obligations under the collective bargaining agreements.

Job Responsibilities

➢ Work independently at employer sites to perform testing and issue reports.
➢ Maintain excellent client relationships.
➢ Issue status reports to management and provide feedback on current auditing procedures and suggest improvements to templates, procedures, reports.
➢ As you progress in this position, you will provide training to new auditors and become a valuable resource for guidance and questions.

Job Qualifications

➢ A BA/BS Degree
➢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
➢ Excellent verbal communication skills
➢ Must be willing to travel. Reliable transportation.
